This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales
In Annette’s absence this week we are proud to present our newsletter from Shelley with the input and direction of all the MBPS team.
The team sees this as an opportunity to blow our own trumpet (sort of!) and have chosen the theme this week and used a quote we feel apt for a couple of reasons. Of significance we celebrate Wendy’s 10th anniversary with MBPS, quite a milestone in today’s fickle business world. She has meritoriously served Annette, and originally also Annette’s late husband Carl for almost a decade at MBPS. She is a firm favourite amongst the staff here and also amongst the MBPS locals. Congratulations Wendy, 10 years last Saturday. If this is not an example of attracting great people, we don’t know what is! Our very gregarious, capable Property Manager, Casey Marsh also celebrates her 1 year anniversary this week, thank you both for your service.
We know Annette would wish that you do not hesitate to contact us in her absence if we can assist you in any way. We will have her back at the helm next week… we hope she has been pleased how her ‘great people’ have held the fort… (end of self praise)
In sales this week, we have had two settlements, 5A and 18B both in The Inlet, congratulations to both Sellers and Buyers, and also to Carmen, Claire and Annette who facilitated the sales.
The period immediately before any election is usually (if not always) a little subdued in comparison to the market prior and it is no different this time. Albeit, we started from such a strong Seller’s market this time that we still squarely sit in a Seller’s market…
