This week I read - “It's tough to start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading and re-living the last one. Grab the pen of life and start writing the next one”. It seemed appropriate to share, thus, our saying… The words appeared relevant and in keeping with what we assist Sellers and Buyers to do on a regular basis - making the decision to sell or buy and ‘write’ the next chapter in their lives…
At times we do so without selling a property, but rather by being there to answer questions, which we are always happy to do. Part of the MBPS ethos is – “not to be just another Real Estate Agency” and we trust that is what we are achieving. As we have said before, our enjoyment is in helping those who call on us to assist. Yes, those relationships we speak of… It’s the old saying “what goes around comes around” – in a good way!

THE JUBILEE WALKWAY
The Gold Coast City Council opened The Jubilee Walkway this month as part of the Jubilee Celebrations held throughout the Commonwealth.
70 bronze markers – one for each of The Queen's years as monarch – are in the path along the iconic Gold Coast Oceanway. They link Philip Park, Main Beach (named for Prince Philip) with Queen Elizabeth Park, Coolangatta.
The Walkway features 20 interactive signs at key marker locations along the Oceanway. Walk, run or cycle between the markers. When you find a sign, scan the unique QR code for facts about Her Majesty's Coronation paired with stories about the local area.
