Those who know me, know my love of Italy and I am not sure who amongst them managed to entice the lovely owners of Rosé Gelateria to bring gelato to Tedder Avenue, but who ever it was, thank you! I know it is not there just for me… Speaking of ‘flip a coin’, how else could one decide on a flavour? The secret is to have one everyday for a month and work through all 32 flavours, with a couple of double scoops amongst them…

Jokes aside, our saying this week was to have been in keeping with last week, when we spoke of assisting sellers and buyers “write the next chapter in life” and our understanding of how difficult making the decision to sell and buy can be. Whilst ‘tossing a coin’ is not the answer, at times it helps to speak to a professional to weigh up the ‘pros and cons’ and you know how we like a chat… Is that not part of the fun of our Main Beach village and community? And you can always bring your gelato – we have cushions for the garden seats out front…

We have 2 New Listings this week -
