How true is our saying this week? It applies to everything in life… And, what more can we say?
Thinking of what has been happening in “our world” in recent times and what was an appropriate theme/saying for our Newsletter this week and not really having anything in mind, I clicked on a link to a friend’s Facebook post – not like me at all… I am the least Facebook friendly person I know. However, there was our saying and I thought – that is perfectly fitting. It applies to everything we do, including selling and buying real estate – it is all about “peace of mind”! When is the right time to sell, or buy for that matter, who do we entrust with one of the most important decisions in our lives? That is what we endeavour to do - give people that ‘peace of mind’!
How quickly does the week pass… It appears to me that the lovely gentleman who has been washing our shop front windows for 12 years, Robert, turns up every day… I started to think it had become a daily event, rather than every Thursday… Where does that week go?
So much so, it has been a fortnight since our last Newsletter, and we have been as busy as ever…

Main Beach News...
Growth - Expansion!
There is a lot happening in Main Beach at the moment, including, but not limited to –
Bird Cage has expanded into the shop next door and whilst not yet complete the new space is looking great! It is huge - the window covers are now down, so it must be close to opening again and as you can see from the ‘snippet’ off their website – Opening mid July…

Also, the ‘Greek Restaurant’ on the corner of Tedder and Peak Avenues, is due to open at the end of this month. They are also doing an amazing fit out – so watch this space. Or more to the point, that space…
We understand that Hot Shott is also planning a further expansion, so all good for Main Beach!
