Why our theme this week, you may ask? Well, I am not really sure, other than it seemed appropriate in our current environment where there are so many people who are in need…
I am finding of late that at times it takes the smallest of acts to ‘greatly’ improve someone’s day – a simply smile, to listen, or an offer of assistance…. To us it is nothing, to them it makes their day – “being humane”.
My thoughts have no doubt came about as I am currently ‘acting Property Manager’ and therefore meeting and chatting to people outside of my own environment. You could be forgiven for thinking I am a little ‘mad’, as I am actually enjoying my new additional role… It is also the excuse, for not sending a Newsletter last week and for, once again, the very late edition today.
I am mentioning, not only as an excuse for the late Newsletter, however, as we are currently looking for a like-minded person to join the MBPS Team in a property management role. You never know who knows who… There are a few key requirements, including property management experience, which is a must, as is the ability to help us achieve our ethos, i.e. like mind and being ‘humane’. We are happy to ‘mould’ a position for the right Team member!

We have 2 new listings –
Apartment 24 Yachting Towers is going to market for the first time in 25 years. For those of you who own property in Main Beach and have been considering selling - not just to take advantage of what continue to be ‘great prices’, however, because you have somewhere else you would like to be – we continue to have buyers, who we cannot accommodate. They range from those looking for a low to mid-floor apartment specifically in Xanadu, to 3 bedroom apartments with views for up to $3 million dollars, or a Villa for around the $2 million dollar mark. We are happy to assist with a market appraisal, without encouraging you to sell…
Property Management have been kept busy with tenant enquiries, so always room for more rental properties. The 3 bedroom cottage in Labrador was leased very quickly to a lovely family, who we look forward to keeping as tenants for many years to come. The 2 bedroom unit in Brighton Street Biggera Waters, was also leased very quickly to good tenants. We will have a more properties coming up - a two bedroom unit on Breaker Street in Main Beach listed at $450.00 per week and another 2 bedroom unit in Southport also listed at $450.00 per week. So, watch this space...
