Well, once again a fortnightly Newsletter. I am hoping that your time is going as quickly as ours and that you would not have had time to have read a weekly Newsletter…

I did take time out during the week to visit the wonderful new Greek Restaurant, Xenia – thus the photo. No, I did not actually chomp on the bone… It seemed amusing at the time, however, that was after a ‘vino’ of course! I had dinner with Jane and Brenton who are part time locals, and we thought the photo would amuse… I cannot even express how good the restaurant is – you will just need to try for yourselves. I am not the only one saying it, the street is buzzing with compliments, not only the food (vino, of course), however, the staff, service and atmosphere is wonderful. There is a real ‘hype’ about it!

So, business has been as hectic as ever, with a lot brewing, so watch this space... We can feel that “Spring is in the air” already, with more buyer activity and still very little stock, so we all know what that means – supply and demand!

We have 1 new listing this week that we can speak of and a number of others we have been working on, that have not yet come to fruition. All truly diverse, which is good for the market.

One of our new listings is Apartment 6, 20 Rudd Street, Broadbeach Waters, which is feature below. There has already been a significant amount of interest in this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, which whilst some will consider small, as Claire says, “as once you enter you will be thrilled at the space and attributes this 95m2 split level apartment has on offer, that include, air-conditioning with separate dining room and ‘sunlounge’. We have leased two properties this week and have 1 new listing – a 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor of Main Beach Views with 2 car spaces listed at $695.00 per week - Listed below and available in the first week of September. We will also have a one bedroom unit on the 3rd floor in The Sands, which is a break lease and will be available at the end of September for $420 per week.
