I came to the belief many years ago that life takes you where you are supposed to be and that we need to ‘go with the flow’, so to speak, or ‘ride the waves’. The surf is very rough at times, however, still water always follows... There can of course be ‘many bumps in the road’ of life, or are they ‘ditches’... As long as we keep repairing them as they appear life goes on smoothly....
This line of thought came to mind as I commenced the Newsletter this week with a little sadness at the decision of one of a treasured Team members, Shelley, who has decided to take another ‘path’ in life. Shelley, who has been with us for many years now and supported MBPS in many roles, will be sadly missed by the entire Team. Her talents and knowledge have been valued by all. We wish her every success and all the very best in the next chapter of her life and we thank her for all her hard work! I thought I would share another saying that was in keeping with my thought process - “Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” – Lao-Tzu.
Once again a busy week at MBPS - We have another New Listing, an unconditional Contract and three Settlements...
Our new listing is a sought after and rarely available “B” style apartment in Xanadu East, with views from Stradbroke Island to Coolangatta and as my dear late husband would say “you can almost see New Zealand” – No, not really - just the blue, blue ocean for miles... Easter on Tedder
Our Main Beach are hosting a Easter Egg Hunt and East Hat Parade again this year. It was a lot of fun and a great success last year, so we hope you can join us on Saturday the 8th of April! See the flyer below.
