I saw our saying this week and thought it applied to all of us at some stage in life – a little like last week’s word, ‘discombobulated’...
As some of you may recall, I recently retained the services of a young woman to assist me in managing the day to day ‘operation’ of MBPS and to ‘replace’ me to facilitate a holiday I am taking at the end of July... Yes, me on ‘holiday’ – I am sure it is like riding a bike, one never forgets... I have been deliberating as to how to introduce Michelle, as I have never liked the PA or EA title and then one day I heard “CC” and a dear friend said, “I think CC is appropriate” – ‘Chaos Co-ordinator’... I agreed and thought it funny, then wondered should I really appear to be in ‘chaos’? However, it is different, and that is what we at MBPS have always strived to be - so, ‘CC’ it is...
Another saying that caught my eye today was “When you become the master of your mind, you are master of everything” - Swami Satchidananda.
This brought to mind the great achievements this week of our youngest member of our Team, Mauricio, who is shown here with his medal after running the Half Marathon in under 2 hours today - a great achievement on its own, not to mention jumping out of an airplane last Saturday! Congratulations Mauricio!
