The above saying was ‘gifted’ to me many weeks ago. At the time I thought it was relevant in so many ways in life and I am sure you will all relate… I feel that it is now, perhaps more than ever, relevant to me and the MBPS Team/Family, who are all ‘holding the fort’ for me whilst I am on ‘Holiday’. Yes, I am actually taking a break and I feel very fortunate to be in a position to do so. For those of you who are, or have been, in business you will appreciate that it takes great support from a ‘loyal’ team/family to allow one to take such a complete sojourn… So, I would like to thank the entire MBPS Team!
I would also like to say ‘thank you’ to all of our loyal clients, many of whom have become family to us over the years - not only our Main Beach Community Family, but those of you who are spread far and wide!
I seem to have lost track of time over the past week or so, thus the reason for not being in touch and for the now very late Newsletter, my apologies!
In sales this week, we have a New Listing - Apartment 33 Pacific Views is located on the northeast corner of level 13, affording it those sought after ocean views that are becoming rare in Main Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which is right across the road from the beach, is listed to sell at $1,150,000. We are presenting to our clients only at this stage, pending photography.
