I must say, I fabricated, for the want of a better word, our saying – It came to me over and over as the week/fortnight just got busier and busier... So, for this week ‘That’s all folks’!
Other than to report on the business that has been created from our ‘busyness’, with more in the making...

We have had three New Contracts this week, with apartments 8C The Inlet, 2 Dimitrius Court and 39d Surfers Mayfair now all considered SOLD! We would like to congratulate the happy Sellers and Buyers, together with Carmen, Claire, and myself, who negotiated the Contracts! Perhaps we should change our saying to “busyness” creates “results”...
The Contract on the “off market” listing mentioned previously is also now unconditional and therefore considered SOLD! So, we congratulate the Sellers and Buyers of Apartment 46 De Ville! Also, Carmen and I, who bought the parties together!
We have had a Settlement this week on another “off market” sale, the Contract on which has been held in confidence, as requested by the parties. So, a ‘silent’ achievement – another example of ‘putting the jig-saw-puzzle’ together... Once again, if you are looking to Sell or Buy and you would like us to assist with the ‘jig-saw-puzzle’, please contact any of the Team. As you may have gathered, we are not about gaining the ‘accolades’, we are about achieving the goal for our clients and bring the parties together. So, we do sell ‘secrets’ and when requested we keep in confidence where possible – although, once we introduce to a third party, i.e. a buyer, it may not be a secret any more... A secret is only a secret, if you do not tell ‘anyone’ – that is what our ‘silent achievement’ was this week!
There is a negative to not gaining the ‘accolades’ and selling the amount of we do ‘off market’, which is of course, our exposure, resulting in a ‘low online profile’ for those researching for an Agent... So, we are hoping that ‘word of mouth’ continues to provided the exposure we require. Although, I am aware that potentially due to that ‘low profile’, we did not ‘win’ a listing this week – disappointing, however, that is life, as they say – ‘you win some, you lose some’...
Although, we could not report on any New Sales Listings, we have gained two new Properties to Lease this week, so Property Management is proving to be just as busy...
