Following on from last week’s Newsletter when we said, “Is it good luck or good management when the pieces ‘fall into place’ and the puzzle is complete?”, we have decided it is ‘good old fashioned’ service – one of the main ingredients for a successful business.

Speaking of Service, as you know MBPS has always been about “Service” and with that in mind we have taken the step to ‘reignite’ an extension of our local brand to include ‘MBPS Gold Coast’.
As the name would suggest, MBPS GC will now provide the same excellence in service, with unprecedented professionalism to our clients, who lye further afield than Main Beach and Paradise Waters.
Claire Branson, who has been successful with MBPS for the past 4 years, expressed a desire and keen interest to ‘spread the branding’ and ‘service’ to our neighbouring suburbs. This initially will include Budds Beach, Chevron Island and the TSS Precinct of Southport, however, we are looking forward to being of ‘service’ all over the Gold Coast.
As those of you who have met Claire will contest to, she is a very charismatic, delightful young woman who has much knowledge of the Gold Coast in general, having sold real estate all over the Coast for many years. Many years ago I had the pleasure of selling acreage at Holmview for a lovely couple who were downsizing. It was a prime development site, and I spent many a day ‘on the road’.... It was a wonderful experience and a pleasure – boots and all... So, Claire is ready with her ‘boots’...
