What a lovely ‘community’ event was enjoyed by all last Saturday - The Easter Egg Hunt and Hat Parade, hosted by the MBBTA “Our Main Beach”. Supported by MBPS with our ‘Guess how many balls in Bella” (our little red Fiat) and the Colour in Competition, both of which added to the ‘fun’! Particularly for the children, of course – however is there really a ‘them and us’ when it comes to community fun and laughter – we think not...

I had the unexpected pleasure of having dinner with a dear ‘part time local’ friend, who I have now known for many years and although we rarely catch up it is always such a joy - we have many laughs... We dined at the Thai Eatery, which is BYO, and my friend kindly brought a bottle of wine – red of course – it was a Bona Fide – what a great name! I mention, as I felt it in keeping with our Newsletter theme this week given the meaning of bona fide – “genuine, real” ... As was the feeling in the Community on Saturday, as people enjoyed and shared the ‘genuine’ kindness of others and the ‘real’ enjoyment that was evident...

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter break!

We hit the ground running again after what was, for some, a long weekend but for us - resulted in appraisals and inspections... So, again, please ‘watch this space’ – hopefully more coming soon, as ‘stock is low’. As we all know it is all about ‘supply and demand’, so good thing for the market and sellers!

We do have another New Listing this week, with Apartment 501 Cerulean being presented to our clients only at this stage.
