We had initially had a theme for our newsletter this week, which was along the lines of ‘the more you do, the more there is to do’ – as that seems to be the case in life these days for all of us. We will speak to that more next week, however, I mention today as I am sure that all Mothers can relate to the thought...

We now have an unconditional Contract on an Apartment in Oscar on Main that did not manage to even gain a mention prior to going to Contract, let alone go to the market. In consideration to the long term residents, who may not have had a chance to mention their sale to their local friends, we are not identifying at this stage – however, we do wish to congratulate the Sellers and Buyers!
Mary has an Open Home at Apartment 4 Newport on Main at 9:30 am to 10:30 am on Saturday, so she looks forward to seeing those in search of a ‘compact and stylish’ apartment with extensive balconies and Broadwater views.
