Earlier this week I had the pleasure of a visit from one of our part time local friends, a very valued client, a past buyer, landlord and seller... It is always a pleasure and ‘feel good’ moment and during our very diverse conversation I mentioned that I have come to realise that I must ‘conform’ to the “now days” requirement of requesting ‘Reviews’. In the ‘good ol days’, we built our business by ‘word of mouth’, ‘reputation’ and simply by doing the right thing by people – ‘now days’ it is apparently necessary to have those ‘good people’ speak of their experience with you and trust that it was so good that they will not only take the time out of their busy day to provide a review, but that they will give you a ‘five star’ rating... So, it was suggested that I mention in our Newsletter that whilst our business is ‘booming’ because of you and nothing else but ‘word of mouth’, for which we are tremendously grateful, a community of happy buyers, renters and sellers is apparently not sufficient for us to compete in today’s society... So, we are seeking your assistance in providing us with a ‘Google Review’ by following the link below... The wonderful thing about our friend ‘Google’ is that anyone who has had a good experience can provide a review – you do not need to have bought, sold or rented through MBPS. You may have just had a ‘good experience’ with us...
Another ‘feel good’ moment this week was when we received the personalised ‘Cookies’ shown below from the lovely buyers of Apartment 50 Oscar on Main, which settled this week – what a lovely thoughtful gift. We would like to say “thank you and congratulations!” Also, congratulations to our happy Sellers, who kindly entrusted us with the ‘off market’ sale of their beautiful home!
