Once again, our weekly Newsletter has become almost a ‘Monthly’ - as we say, ‘never complain when you are busy’...
Sadly, our draft Newsletter from last week, which is now obsolete, was full of Local and Gold Coast News, compliments of Celine, our ‘not so new’ Operations Manager. Hopefully, The Bulletin did a better job than we did in keeping you up to date... Although, I am sure that you do not rely on our Newsletter and did not miss the Oktoberfest In The Gardens at the Broadwater Parklands last weekend and for those Golf enthusiasts, the 29th celebration of the annual Gold Coast Masters Golf Championship, from Sunday, 13 October 2024 to Saturday, 19 October 2024 - So, two days to go... We have included updated Gold Coast News below.
In keeping with our saying this week, our busyness as always, has created business... Not the least of which are our New Listings in the soon to be completed “Belvedere” –

In Sales, the market appears to be coming out of the ‘lull’ we have been in over recent months, and we now have 3 new Contracts of Sale. Two of which are ‘conditional’ so ‘unmentionable’ for now, however, Apartment 601 Shoreline Residences is under an unconditional contract, so now considered SOLD! Congratulations to the Sellers and Buyers and also to Carmen on another ‘off market’ sale...
The Contract on our ‘off the radar’ let alone ‘off market’ sale in Xanadu has now settled, so we would like to congratulate both the Sellers and Buyers, who are all very happy! As always it was a pleasure for us, as we have had a relationship with both parties for some years... So, thank you, once again for the opportunity to put the jig-saw-puzzle together!
Speaking of relationships, we have been fortunate to have been asked to appraise a number of properties over the past few weeks, which has been part of the pleasure of our ‘busyness’ and we look forward to presenting them to you in the near future – so again, please watch this space...
