It seems life is a constant education - this week I received an email from a client in which he requested - “please tell you're staff to use the kiss system when sending data to me. I was born 1947”... As the client is located overseas, I initially thought he was referring to a new software or another form of WhatsApp... This maybe confessing to my ‘illiteracy’, however, I found the need to consult with my friend ‘Google’ – only to find: “Keep it simple, stupid (KISS) is a design principle which states that designs and/or systems should be as simple as possible. Wherever possible, complexity should be avoided in a system—as simplicity guarantees the greatest levels of user acceptance and interaction”. It makes sense and I really must adopt the KISS system...
This is in keeping with a comment I received from one of our kind readers on last week’s newsletter, “Hi Annette, Less is Better. ATB Bill” – oh dear I had to looked up ATB... I must say I go back almost as far as our client mentioned above, so I did not grow up with acronyms... As I say, “life is a lesson” on a daily basis - thank you Bill, however, as you can see, I just can’t help myself... I do say to most who I invite to receive our Newsletter – “It is a little ‘quirky’, so you might like to skim over my rambles, straight to the news...”
This week ‘the news’ is that we have 2 New Listings and two of our unmentionable Contracts are now unconditional – that is the brief story...
The two new listings are both Sub-Penthouses, which are, in fact, very diverse. Although, they both have magnificent never to be built our views from all angles.
