Our saying this week came about as I always believe ‘honesty is the best policy', and I feel that I owe ‘Bill’ an apology. Last week I attributed my lack of content in the Newsletter to ‘Bill’, in keeping with his comment the week before, “Less is Better”, when in reality I simply ran out of week... So, it was either a brief introduction and Feature Property or nothing, so I used Bill as my excuse. I thought it amusing, however, subsequently I had a number of emails concerned that “less” was going to be ongoing – nice to know that people actual read and appear to enjoy my ‘ramblings’ ... Thank you, once again, for reading.
After a conversation about the Newsletter with one of our LFs (local friends) I did intend writing in acronyms this week to keep it brief, however, then I realised that I would need a whole day, to work out how... So, for now, we will just accept that we were not so far behind the times when we branded MBPS (Main Beach Property Sales) 14 years ago... I am adopting the KISS system this week, keep it simple, stupid!
It has been another busy week, however, we have very little to report at this stage, as it is all ‘work in progress’ (WIP) So please, as always, we ask that you WTS... Oh dear, I thought I would just check with my friend Google in the event that WTS stood for something I should not be saying in public and not ‘watch this space’, as I intended. You will never guess the result – “want/willing/waiting to sell”...
