As some of you will be aware, I am currently taking a short ‘sojourn’ away from Main Beach, thus my excuse for another very late Newsletter... I think this is the first we have published on a Monday - just to be ‘different’... In reality, we did not want the week to pass without presenting our latest listings, which are featured below.
Our saying this week, which I felt I could relate to, was gifted to me via one of the menus we have been presented with during our travels. Along with a Luciano Pavarotti quote which I really appreciated, given I am on holiday and sailing the ‘wild blue yonder’ - “One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention” - Mind you, I have been endeavouring to ‘devote my attention’ to this Newsletter since last Wednesday... Once again, persistence prevailed and now a very short update on the past fortnight with MBPS.
The productive week we referred to in our last Newsletter became a very productive fortnight, thus providing us with the opportunity to present three New Listings. We have also had three New Contracts and six Settlements...
The Featured Properties below are in fact both quite unique and very diverse – one, a brand new 4 bedroom apartment with 4 car spaces in the newly completed ‘Belvedere’ and the other one of the very first homes built in Main Beach in the 1950’s, 28 Montgomery Avenue. We often speak of diverse, however, I do not believe we can get any more diverse than that...
Then to the other extreme, our third New Listing, is a 1 bedroom apartment in The Crest, which is being offered “off market’ to our clients only at this stage. So, please call for further information.
Also featured below is Apartment 73 Belvedere, which we have mentioned previously, whilst awaiting access and photography. Given completion and settlement last week we can now facilitate inspections at any time, so please call Carmen to arrange.
Speaking of “off market” two of our New Contracts this week were both ‘off radar’ sales, i.e. not previously listed or mentioned, as we once again, simply put the ‘jig-saw-puzzles’ together ... The third is 4/31 Brighton Street, Biggera Waters, which is now Sold! So, we would like to congratulate all of the Sellers and the Buyers on the purchase of their new homes!
Even our settlements have been ‘diverse’ – from a 1 bedroom apartment in Beachcomber, Surfers Paradise; Apartment 1003 Liberty; Apartment 7 Main Beach Views, Apartment 24 Royal Surfrider, Apartment 2 Newport on Main and Apartment 601 Shoreline – Congratulations to all of our Sellers and Buyers! Thank you also to our Sellers for entrusting us with the sale of one of your most precious commodities. And congratulations, once again, to the MBPS Team!
