True to my word I did endeavour to write a Newsletter on the word ‘diverse’ via AI... Well, as you know, I can ‘go on a bit’, however, I have nothing on AI – this was just the first paragraph of five...

It was not quite what I had in mind, however, I did learn from it – perhaps diverse is not the word and I should say that our new Listings all “vary in many ways” – thus our saying this week. That is a long way around saying what I said to one of our locals this week when they were having a joke about me using AI – “AI and I don’t always see eye to eye”... I am sure that is the case with many, however, I do appreciate it’s value...

I did come across and liked "Diversity is like a box of chocolates – you never know what you're gonna get, but it's bound to be an interesting mix!", so thought I would share.

I must say, we received many comments this week about AI, so I am pleased that we do have some readers... So, to business - 

We have 2 New Listings this week, both in the very popular boutique complex, Kings Row South at Paradise Waters. Dare I say, they are again very ‘diverse’ and ’ vary’ in many ways... One, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated on Level 1, with 1 car space and a lovely garden outlook. It is listed at $980,000 and will go to the broader market next week, once photographs are received.
