We would like to thank all of our locals and others who have communicated with us over the past few weeks, for your good wishes, lovely gifts, your lovely compliments about our great MBPS Team and for the laughs!! We are truly honoured to be here to serve our lovely community...
Speaking about ‘serve’, I cannot tell you how many times I have been asked by caring locals this week if I was taking a break over Christmas and whether we would be closing the ‘shop’... My response always got a giggle, you know how I like a ‘giggle - “would Woolworths close their doors whilst they had stock on the shelf?”... We did have a little ‘clearance’ sale on Christmas Eve, with Apartment 87 Oscar on Main and Apartment 204 The Maldives both going under unconditional contract, so they are now SOLD! So much for the Team getting an early mark... They continued with the laughter and even shared a ‘little’ bubbles before taking a 2 day break!
Then today returning to another ‘Boxing Day Sale’ with Apartment 802 Cerulean now under unconditional contract – so also SOLD! A busy time all round...
We still have ‘stock on the shelves’, so we are here every day – I was going to say except New Years Day, however... A “New Years Day Sale’ would be a great way to see in 2025...
