We thought our saying this week was relevant to selling or purchasing real estate – if you do not take that first ‘step’ it is never going to happen... However, in reality (not ‘realty), it is a fact with most opportunities in life... I am sure that we all find at times it feels like taking a ‘leap’, rather than just a ‘step’...
This week I have been working with a number of people, both buyers and sellers, who are working towards taking that ‘first step’ – thus our saying... I do not believe I have spoken of ‘putting the jig-saw puzzles together’ more than I have this week, so whilst there has been much activity, the puzzle is a work in progress, so once again please watch this space...
We also felt our saying is relevant and close to home, as sadly one of our Sales Team, the lovely Mary, has left MBPS after taking that significant ‘step’ in deciding to retire... Many of you will know Mary, who is pictured here as we wished her all the best in her new ventures in life. Thank you, Mary, for being part of our MBPS Family!
We do have 4 New Listings, which are once again, all truly diverse - dare I say. I believe you will agree, given one is a 5 bedroom Villa in Peak Avenue; a 4 bedroom Penthouse in The Meriton; a 3 bedroom apartment in Ocean Sands and 3 bedroom Apartment in Norfolk – all off market for now until we obtain photography, etc. So please feel free to call for further information or to arrange a private inspection in the meantime.
We have had another Contract this week, with one of our new listings going under contract after the first Open Home... Given there is a ‘cooling offer’ period still in play, it remains a ‘quiet’ contract for the next few days...
We have also had 3 Settlements this week, with 87 Oscar on Main, 802 cerulean and 16 Ocean Park Towers all settling. Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers and thank you, once again, for your custom! Congratulations also to the MBPS Team who all contribute considerably to every Sale.
Featured below is the Sub-Penthouse in The Meriton. I know I have said before - the apartment must be seen to appreciate, however, it is true – in addition to the spacious indoor living, the outdoor living with never to be built out views, is a rarity...
