“ Good morning Claire, Now that the dust has settled on my sale of apt 58 KRS, Commodore Drive, I feel I should share my views on my experience. Given my previous experience with other Real Estate Agencies, and my eccentric nature, I must confess to some misgivings about the outcome of 'Project 58/ MBPS. In addition, you will have noticed, I am not young, and the older, the grumpier. I was, therefore, extremely impressed with the professional competence, care, respect, and attention to detail with which you handled the sale, especially taking into account my briefing. An off market sale, with a time limit and a request to set a new $high for a similar apt in the area. All this you handled with aplomb, patience and good humour. Notwithstanding my previously mentioned experiences, my faith in Real Estate best practice was restored, (not an easy outcome) and I am pleased to advise my complete satisfaction with your efforts on my behalf. Just to show your complete command of your position, you also assisted with securing rental accommodation at short notice.
